Thought I would post a bit more about these Ephemeral nodes, that video wasn't too clear on some things. Heres a wiki that explains it a little better on what the process is and the spawn points and times:

You do need to be level 57 so you have the right abilities to do this efficiently and you'll also need 600 gp

Once in the spawn area and your in the middle of the 3 regular nodes that surround it, they are usually in a triangle shape, the node will pop on its own the first time. To get it to respawn all you have to do is "touch" two nodes, one of the pairs of the regular nodes and then just go to one of the other pair nodes and touch one there. You don't have to gather from it just bring up the menu and then the Ephemeral node will spawn again.

Okay once your at the Ephemeral node the items in there will vary as you see in the wiki. You want to try and get the higher level items such as the Radiant Moraines, Clary sage, Black soil, any level 60 item is better. Those don't pop too often so just go for what you can. You'll want to activate your Collectors Glove first then select the item you want to collect. Once that new menu is up you'll want to do these abilities in the following order: Single Mind, Methodical Appraisal, Single Mind, Methodical Appraisal, Single Mind, and one last Methodical Appraisal. That will get the collectibility rating up high enough for the Aetherial reduction. Then you just keep gathering and collecting the item.

After your done you can just right click on the item and do your Aetherial Reduction on the item. Like it says in the video you'll get a ton of crystals and clusters. You'll never have to worry about them or buy them ever again:)

As far as the Blue gathering scrips, I haven't really messed around with that very much as they are still updating the red scrip part and adding more with this next patch tonight so after I get all that figured out I'll try and follow up with the Red scrips collections as thats the best crafting and gathering gear thats currently released.But its pretty much the same principle you try and get the collectibility up as high as you can. And yes it will be a long grind to get it. To be honest, I think they are getting a little carried away with the gear updates/releases. They need to leave it alone for awhile, let us catch our breath:) which I hope they do now after tonight…

I did get the gathering red scrips figured out, instead of explaining it here I think it would be easier to do it in game as theres some variables and would be easier also to show things on the map in real time. And can just take you around in party to give you a hands on experience with it.

So if you want to get into it just let me know and I can give you the tour. It sounds complicated but once you get into it and do it few times it really isn't too bad.

Thanks for the info! When I finish DRK and finally get around to mining and crafting again, I will probably bug the shit out of you for a while LOL
