I should think up of a few but I frequently check it against existing on Balmung and checking member amount. Remember if your goal is Recruiting more members, it will need to appeal generically to everyone.

If you want something more specific I suggest we vote on name combinations such as
Primary / Secondary:
(suffix) Academy, Wings, Dragons, Phoenix, [Town/Map or Summon names], Squad
(prefix) Soaring, Dragon, Moogle, Knights

Combo: Moogle Academy, Soaring Dragons, Phoenix Wings, Dragon Wings, Knights of Ishagard, Dragon Squad.

Think of a more generator approach and we can come up with much more impressive names that would lure in new and old players. A tag everyone can associate with. That's how you build reputation.

Hello to all active FC Members :)

How will it work?

Everyone is able to post 1 suggestion on a new name with some further information:

1. Full FC Name
2. Short Form of the Name
3. Why this name? History? What is the idea behind it?Chiffre

Everyone had 1 week to find a final suggestion he would like to have in the poll.
I know its hard to decide on one name but if we have to many in the final poll it will end up that we have 1 vote on every suggestion and the one with 2 votes wins.

Please think about a final suggestion in the last 3 hours until the window closes and we start the poll.

@Moiria you can post one and Zulu another one if he wants so you could choose 2 out of your ideas.

@Linie please also choose one and check if its not taken.

If you can't decide on one we can choose one for the vote.

Zulu doesn't care so he won't even be voting. He is mostly a solo player anyway.
My choice is Phoenix Immortal then.

Mithril is a metal in FF. The name mithril comes from two words in Sindarin—mith, meaning "grey" or "mist", and ril meaning "glitter". Heavensward is associated with dragons so I just thought a metallic dragon sounded interesting.

Wouldn't the natural progression of things lead us to being named "Thawed" ?

But seriously as much as I love Genji items in FF lore, I think it's very bare just being titled Genji, especially since the name is now being associated more widely with the Overwatch character, no matter how many times we point out it being special heavy armor in FF games (and the shield Goofy uses in KH). It will follow us the same way Frozen has us associated with the Disney film.
I like Phoenix and I like Mythril, but these names have the opposite problem, where the rest of the name (Immortal and Dragons respectively) make them sound just a little too generic?

If there were anyway to combine two of these suggestions and meld it into one coherent sounding name then that would surely get my vote.
