I am definately up for going, but unfortunately I can only play DRG tho as I have nothing else leveled. I can play any time but the weekends are a bit hit and miss for me as I am often away.
I am also availiable in the week to help people who are worried about taking part and learning, Idon't mind if we wipe as its still a giggle!. Killing your fellow citizens is a lot easier than you think :p

I'm looking into learning more on WAR since it was announced that NIN will not be our 3rd tank job.
I'd like to make use of Jan's services as I have lvl 50 MIN and can probably farm up a bunch of DS ore for several of our members who need PVP gear. However, I don't know if there is some sort of requirement to wear it? Does it lvl sync down to 30 if you go into a lower lvl PVP? Please let me know :)

The only requirement for the 50 and 70 pvp gear is that you be level 50. The 90 gear requires a pvp rank of 24, and the 100 requires 34. For context, I'm on about 13 matches at rank 5.
Also, if anyone has 1star WVR and LTW and would like to help out with gear synth, it would be appreciated.
Got a strat to try. Our DDs murder the healer, straight out. Tank (WAR) runs down the Ranged DD. War gets Mythril Tempest and Brtual Swing, both deal Stun, as well as Holmgang which stops them rejoining their buddies.
If you get targeted by an enemy caster, get behind them, as it breaks their LOS (just run through them).
Once the ranged DD is down, Tank can help with the Healer if they're still up (and vice versa). Then it's melee DD > Tank. An alternative is if we can sleep the melee DD after the ranged and healer are dead, we can focus on the tank (remove lolPLD heals/ WAR stuns and crowd control), then murder the remaining DD, The DD will have relatively little HP and not much in the way of means to get it back, so so long as they're asleep, we can murder the tank at our leisure.
