I wouldn't worry too much about devoting the time. This would be little different than our usual events. A two-to-three hour time slot, once a week (though there's no harm if people wish to gather a few FC members and spend some extra time to practice on off days).

I suspect that on our first day we'll be able to clear turns 1-4 with relative ease. The following weeks will be where we face our first major challenge.

Alexis, have a think about it, and if you decide you would like to be a part of Coil, just let us know and I'll shift around the fishing event (as I'd still like to have a weekly day for it :D). If not, I'll keep it on there for you and any others who may not be interested in Coil, but would still like to do something FC related on the Friday. ^_^

Yes this will be semi casual hours because I for one, don't like grinding the same fight over and over. Please just sign up on the site if you want to come (may have to move fishing Friday to another day) and if its a new fight to you just watch the vid <3

We are doing this so people don't miss out, not to make our eyes bleed trying to clear FCOB in a few weeks haha x

I've cleared this before and iirc it's a lot of pressure on DPS. Need to burn things down to about 5% HP but not kill them, whilst also remembering to interrupt the BLM and WHM (Flare and Holy).

I'll check the guide when I get home to confirm though!

This does seem outdated though, gear is a lot better now so I think our chances of survival are up. From watching this the key points I have seen are:

Moogle go round must be cleansed by healers

No healers near the moogle pld

Must interrupt Pomflare and holy

3 stack tank swap

Out the centre for Delta attack (mind the bard who starts shoutign about it as a queue)

dps all to 10%

Stack in the center for mog meteor

Must kill the king in the last bit before he uses memento (a bit like zantenzuken I guess) Personally with our dps I think this should be the easiest part <3

Also, Sky, Mumpy, Saint, and I did a trial run of this last night to get an idea of what we're up against this eve. I think it was a great idea and we learned a lot!

This fight is very tank-intensive, but that doesn't mean that healers and DPS don't have a few things to handle as well. Use the resources available to you and do your best to learn and perform your role to the fullest :)

This guide is more in-depth, but I think may have a few minor incorrect points, such as the targets for Chaotic Strike being "random" (pretty sure it's either 2 furthest from Ramuh, or 2 random ppl who aren't the highest on the hate list).
